Noonday Collection hosts Shine, a yearly sales conference that brings together women aged 25-55 for a weekend of inspiration, celebration, and learning. Most attendees are moms who look forward to reconnecting with friends and coworkers. The conference is an opportunity to learn from the artisans who make the products, celebrate sales accomplishments, and foster a sense of community among sellers.
The significance of community was a priority in this year's theme, which was simply "Community." The aim was to unite attendees as a sisterhood, imperfectly courageous, purposeful, passionate, and driven to better themselves and the world. The community draws strength from each other to make a bigger impact as one.
The creative approach was bright, light, and festive to engage and inspire attendees. After two years of isolation, the event was a celebration of all that had been missed. Geometric elements of various shapes and colors were used to symbolize the community coming together. Each attendee is unique and capable of doing great work on their own, but when they work together, they can create a bigger impact.
